Drunken Crab Seafood Bar | Our Story
Bringing bold coastal boils to Horizon City
We opened Drunken Crab Seafood Bar to bring live, hands-on seafood boils closer to El Paso. We're a family-owned restaurant, and we serve our community with honest quality and real care.
Service before seafood
Trung Tran moved to El Paso in 2009 to serve in the United States Army, then spent five years with the El Paso Police Department. That's where his connection to this community started, and it still guides how we run our restaurant.
A community that made room
After years of hard work and savings, Trung and his wife opened their first concept, The Crab Station. The River Oaks community welcomed them, and it showed us how food brings people together.
How seafood reaches the desert
We fly our seasonal live crawfish in every two to three days. Live blue crab, live Maine lobsters, and fresh oysters are shipped in weekly.
Our home in Horizon City
Drunken Crab Seafood Bar is our newest chapter, in the Eastlake community. Our Cajun-inspired boils, peel-and-eat shrimp, and craft drinks are made for sharing with the neighbors we love to serve.
